We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Eligibility
- To qualify for a return or refund:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We can’t accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Return
Email us at onecontractonly@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
